Hey Christian. Excellent video mate.
I've bought some Cupro Nickel pipe and all the kit to do the flares and new hoses.

Would it be easier for me to do the right rear in 2 pieces and join it under the sill? I'm not planning on doing the sub frame bushes just now.

Hi Kev,

I'd absolutely do it in two pieces if I had the tools to make the pipes up.

I would probably make the joint by the fuel tank, that is the easiest location to site the joint and the place it becomes tricky to route. If your pipe is in a coil it might be much easier to do than my pipes were as they were already formed.

The fuel tank shield itself is a pain to get down, you may still need to loosen the NS subframe bolts and lower it a bit, it's easier than it sounds. Christian.

Thanks mate. I watched your video again and there looks a decent straight piece of pipe higher up to do the join.

My original horns were sounding a bit off so I decided to change them.

Had to make up a fly lead to save the car wiring, I’ll edit that video together a bit later.

This is the sound of the old vs new. Not sure the video conveys the actual improvement which is really marked.

Knowing how much hassle getting that drive shaft through the hub can be, I'd have a closer look at the clamp and see if it could be possible just to clamp over the split, its not lost much grease at all and if the split is where it looks to be it just might be possible to get away with it.

Can anyone recommend a decent 3 legged puller? There's loads of cheap crappy ones about but I want to get a decent one Christian.
