1st day of ownership - thorough interior clean, front wheel balance and tracking (one tyre is out of round), fitted my mobile phone holder, ordered GAP IID tool, ordered Bovee 1000 blue tooth streaming input for the 30pin ipod socket, compiled a long list of jobs......

Connected up and paired my Gap IID tool and ran a scan and lots of codes but all very minor and old apart from; P040D-00 (2F) Exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor A - circuit high

Plugged in the trickle charger without even unlocking the car (via my home-made cable to the white 7-pin tow electrics) and took the motorbike out instead. Couple of hundred miles later on two wheels and I returned to find the FFRR is still there and looking good. Result!! The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |
