Took mine to the pressure wash centre to get 3 months of birdsh*t washed off it after it's sat on the drive all that time - engine fired first press of the starter button too but the brakes felt like they had been stolen while I was away - i don't remember them being THAT soft, however a nice long run seems to have cured that and they are back to their old less than brilliant shelves again - suspect the corrosion on the disks might have been the problem. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Drove to work in it so could go to the DIY centre at lunch time.

DIY centre didn't have what I wanted so might as well have gone in my sports car and saved on fuel.

Still, nice to drive the full fat.

I really know that feeling. Yesterday I drove to two DIY centres to get a stronger polish for my rotary polisher

and there wasn't any useful product Evil or Very Mad just some cheap rubbish stuff

I could have stayed at home and order good stuff over the net.

@CSK, clients one?, err hem - it's privately owned non-charter, normally lives too the east of you. We have made it to St Tropx (red bar) and Port Grimo (pizza bar) before now.

I don't do yacht charter, I'm in the property business and have many clients who have a boat also.
Red bar is Sénequier where people pay over the top to see and be seen (not my cup of tea), pizza bar in Port Grimaud is Monroe's which isn't either but for different reasons (pizzas are good though!).
Were you at the Belgian Party at Nikki Beach? Hate Nikki Beach also but the Belgian party is quite fun.
I see many boats moored in the bay from my house but no blue hull 62M (that's really big, you're sure it's not 62FT?)

By the way, I went to Toulon airport yesterday. Saw lots of proper Range Rovers on British plates, all MY10 and after (post-facelift).

Sorry, have got a full house already!

You don't know how many friends you have until you have a house in the South of France... or a boat!

England

I did not intend to do it today, but I Finally got round to changing the air filter and crank case filter. The old air filter was a bit grubby, and the crank case filter was black and sticky.

Found the job a little fiddly (it was my first time doing it on a RR), but should be easier next time! Reformed

Haven't been to St Trop or Port Grim for years (used to have a mooring in Cavalaire marina - lazy days off Croix-val-mer), def 62M it's a tad over 200ft, have been moored between villefranche and cap ferrat for the last 3 weeks....!
ps it's not mine, but a close friend of the family!

Put the bikes on the bike rack, down to The New Forest in Hampshire, found a good pub, stayed all day, cycled back to RR and drove through the forest. A good day! Current MY2020
Gone: 1 x L405 and 2 x L322's

Have a good time down here. By the way, I'm Belgian and studied at Koninklijk Atheneum Keerbergen for quite some time!
