L322 suspension

Hi all, new to this forum but not to the green oval. Had a P38, Defender County Station Wagon in the past. Got a Defender Commercial for work now. Also, in a moment of weakness, bought a 56 plate Td6 L322 in December last year. Its already bit my wallet to the tune of £3k, torque converter and recon gearbox! Today, the air suspension dropped the bump stops!!
Compressor was hot as there's a leak on n/s front air bag.
Questions:
Will Snap-on Ethos read/clear codes?
Is changing air bags easy enough for a half decent spanner twirler?
Where can I get a decent workshop manual from?
Sorry for long post on Sunday morning. TIA for any help/answers.

Welcome along mate

Everyone rates gap iid tool on here but should get the basic stuff done with snap on

Changing them is nice and easy, get some new bolts though as yours will be rusted to hell so easier to grind the nut of and pop the bolt through

Look on the Web page version of this site and you'll find the manuals under the wiki section

A Trap

Not sure if the Snapon set will do the job but as mentioned above a GAP iID Bluetooth unit the unit most will recommend and does it all, coding, fault code reader and clearer plus setting ride height etc

Also the air suspension is easy enough to work on and no special tools other than a ride height setting / fault clearing tool like the GAP iID.

If you have had a leak, you may want to consider a new air suspension pump or rebuild kit.

**Just be aware you need to depressurised the air suspension system after the car has been raise on axle stands on all four corns and before removing hoses… the car will collapse to its bump stops and the air hoses can whip out and cause injury or damage.

Cheers guys. Is there a reason why I can't open the rave manuals on the wiki section?

Update. Took it to local independent guy who has very good reputation. Front n/s air bag has a hole. His advice was probably best to change complete strut as the plate that the air bag sits on may well be rusted. Emailed Duckworth for a price.
