caliper to hub retaining bolt torque

Hi I am changing the discs on a brembro brake l322 and have been looking for the torque setting for the caliper to hub bolts and found loads of different setting.
So was wondering if anyone could help with the correct torque please??

Thanks Dave

On the WIKI vidio it states 48ftlb but misses out the further 90deg turn, that was where I was getting confused.
Thanks All

Just be careful on the 3.6, they changed the design for 4.4 and the bolts go through the calliper, on the 3.6 the threads are in the calliper.....not ideal to put a steel bolt into an ally calliper at torque, so bear that in mind when torquing it up, you do t want to strip the thread in the calliper. Make sure you wind the bolts in by hand so as not to cross thread them..... ask me how I know Big Cry There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

oh dear that has stirred up a nets of stingy things, so I think as a relatively new guy to fatties you will understand
my confusion. In the manual on the wiki link it states 48 +90 deg I see other vids for just 48 and some for less and then others 125 and now 200+, now I have some knowledge of mechanics after joining the CEGB in 1967 and I am sure that 200+ is not correct for an ally thread on a bolt that size.
LOL why do JLR use so many variations, must be a cost driven motor company.

Are those torque settings for the rear?
Looking at toruqes they list 48lbft + 90 for the rear carrier to hub., not the caliper to carrier bolts. 2011 (MY12) 4.4 TDV8 Vogue

Just had a look at my copy of Rave.

For 4.2 S/C and 3.6tdv8 with high performance brakes;

Calliper fixing bolts torque to 48lbft +90deg. There is no carrier for brembos they bolt straight to the mounting points on the hub. Thumbs Up

For 4.4tdv8 L322 and 5.0 SC it seems to be 275NM or 203lbft.... as said above the 4.4 can take a higher torque as the callipers fix differently!

For L405 5.0S/c and 4.4 tdv8 with high performance brakes:

Front calliper fixing bolts are torqued to 133NM +60deg. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I do wish JLR would Standardise! You need a degree in Manual reading just to find the right page, never mind the data.
Wet or dry, greased or de-greased that is a question, whether it is nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of Ft/lb or rotational torque that is the question. Big Cry

No grease! Supposed to use new bolts as well......

So the Dave OP is 48Lbft+90deg on his 3.6tdv8

DrRob is 275NM/203lbft on his 4.4tdv8 There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
