Eco stop start

hello
I have a 2013 Range Rover vogue. Eco stop start failed to work. I have had the battery replaced, it’s still not working.
Local garage plugged in the diagnostics and nothing obvious.
Can anyone advise what needs to be done to get this function going again?
I’m not techy, so please treat me gently lol!

Thanks in advance!

Um, yours shouldn't have stop start i don't think sir? 15MY> was factory fit...

What engine is yours? I believe the 3.0 got SS earlier than the 4.4 but im sure it was not as early as a 13MY Confused

I agree with Stan TBH it is an irritation, but if you want it working after a Battery change you need to reset the BMS with a diagnostic tool, I used Autel 806 Pro, but I'm sure the IId tool will do the same. I don't remember it showing a fault code either, just the re-set did the trick.

As well as resetting the battery you also need to A, have enough charge in the system! & B, have your AC switched on and to a suitable temperature (near achievable) otherwise it won’t work as it’ll be trying to achieve your heat/cool
