You might find its much cheaper / easier to fit an aftermarket kit.

Mine has a sounder in the rear of the car, under the drivers side parcel shelf side trim, the panel that sits below the rear side glass. It’s an approximate 2” deep by 2” diameter, black speaker unit. I assume there will be a similar unit at the front and both have different pitch to differentiate between front and rear. Just a little update to this....it would appear it is indeed possible and I have made a little progress.

Further update - front bumper fitted with parking sensors, and now that the ECU is playing, I was able to check everything. There are two failed sensors on the front, but the rears still don't want to play - testing via diagnostic tool shows they are working correctly so I'm assuming at this point, the car needs to be told PDC is fitted and activated.
