Did mine a few weekends ago, nearside a wee bit easier, it’s tight, but patience is key, the lever in the light was really stiff too. |

Those globes are 35W. My L322 has 50W globes but I don't know what is fitted to the L405. |

It very much depends on the grille you have fitted... Mine worked brilliantly but, i have now removed it as the 2019 headlamps overpower the light bar! Yes, they are that bright! |

I've now fitted the Osram Xenarc Night Breaker Laser D3S bulbs, and they are far superior to the OEM bulbs. Still not as good as the Xenons I had in my L322, but at least I can now see where I am going

Aah, thanks for the update. Looks like it will be a project for next year now as i head back to work this weekend and won’t be back until Christmas eve. Give me time to source a spare grille though. |

So i fitted a set of the osram night breakers and they are definitely an improvement on the standard bulbs.

I’m sure the mechanic in your profile can assist.... Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc He who dies with the most toys wins... |

I bought the ones in the Amazon link above and they are brighter. It's not night and day but they are brighter.
