its split round the joint the plastic, just the same as every other JLR manifold's do, my 3.6 did this my 3ltr Disco has been the same, shame they cannot make a decent job on these parts.

You might take some consolation from knowing that there has been only 1 revision of the 4.4's inlet manifolds and that your vehicle being MY11 very likely has the early versions. |

Gary, 6 hours so £600 labour, £215 for injector kit x3. plus ancillaries. This was only 2 years ago. I wish it WAS £800 all in! |

Revised part numbers are shown in Microcat 2012 from the start of the L405. However there were a few 4.4 engine upgrades starting with VINs from early 2012 so perhaps the revised parts were introduced around the same time or at least before the last of the L322 rather than only for the first L405. |
