Do a full battery reset if only to eliminate it. It'll nothing. Details of dis-connection procedure is in wiki. Just touch the Pos + & neg- leads together before reconnecting the battery and its done 2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal |

You need diagnostics , my 04 will lose the immobiliser code and will crank but not start if I disconnect battery, not saying it’s that but rangey diagnostics will most likely tell you. |

Yes tried the spare key. The garage weren't to helpfull I was hoping for a mobile fix instead I got transport it to us and we will get a mobile to look at it. Not willing to give out any contact numbers. Like I already said my carsoft reader says key lost contact with immobilizer that can't be to hard to put right can it?? |

Hi dmrr thanks for your support. I have just tried that and the engine Is still dead. I now seem to be able to program only one key when I do the second key the 1st one don't work by not work I mean unlocking doors. I done some checks yesterday and the fuel pump relay is not energising and I have no spark on the plugs. I have attached picture of what my reader says.

I would say your EWS3D immobiliser has lost its pairing with the Bosch engine management ECU, something that my 04 4.4 does too regularly.
