Do a full battery reset if only to eliminate it. It'll nothing. Details of dis-connection procedure is in wiki. Just touch the Pos + & neg- leads together before reconnecting the battery and its done Thumbs Up 2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal

You need diagnostics , my 04 will lose the immobiliser code and will crank but not start if I disconnect battery, not saying it’s that but rangey diagnostics will most likely tell you.

Not willing to give out any contact numbers. Like I already said my carsoft reader says key lost contact with immobilizer that can't be to hard to put right can it??

Worth a try ....

There may be more out there, but if you have the key and the car it should always be possible to re-pair. I did think that locking, unlocking and locking then unlocking again with the key physically in the door lock did it but .... Land Rover Addict

Initialisation Procedure
1 Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and the driver and front passenger doors are closed.
2 Install a key/remote handset in the ignition switch, then turn the ignition switch to position I and back to position
0 in less than 5 seconds to put the BCU into the initialisation mode. Continue the procedure within 30 seconds
of turning the ignition switch to position 0.
3 Remove the key/remote handset from the ignition switch.
4 Press and hold the unlock button for a maximum of 15 seconds. During this time, momentarily press the lock
button three times within 10 seconds.
5 Release both buttons.
6 Successful initialisation is indicated by the BCU locking then unlocking the vehicle. If this does not occur, repeat
step 4.
7 Repeat steps 4 and 5 with all other remote handsets belonging to the vehicle (4 maximum). Begin the
initialisation of each remote handset within 30 seconds of completing the previous initialisation, or the BCU will
drop out of the initialisation mode and the complete procedure will have to be started again. Land Rover Addict

I now seem to be able to program only one key when I do the second key the 1st one don't work by not work I mean unlocking doors. I done some checks yesterday and the fuel pump relay is not energising and I have no spark on the plugs. I have attached picture of what my reader says.

I would say your EWS3D immobiliser has lost its pairing with the Bosch engine management ECU, something that my 04 4.4 does too regularly.
If it is that and I haven’t searched your fault code but the only way to reconnect it is with test book T4, Faultmate or a higher end diagnostic, not sure if GAP IID can.
Search my name and crank but won’t start on google and you will probably find it.
I can give you more info later
