I'm another with a net - mine came from the L322 but any net will do - loads on eBay.

The retention on the left is easy as the panel removes - a but more fiddly on the right, but there is enough flex to get a nut behind.

I had an AutoGlym Lifeshine bag that fills the gap perfectly.

I have the net like Supershuttle’s, fitted over a hatchbag bootliner and secured with small cable ties. No drilling required!

As the Hatchbag liner covers the hole, I just put everything behind it, and undo the little velcro tabs to open up the space to get to things kept behind it. Thumbs Up All LR cars from 1984

I just used little black screws, I’ve moved it once - no holes and of course no drilling required Geoff

I put my large 105AH battery for my fridge in this space, with a custom leather cover reusing the vent. All done by Osborn Park Autospark in Perth if any Aussies are interested.

I bought a cheap nice auto bag from Lidl, that fits exactly in that space… It won't move, as the boot floor is raised 4cm on the P400e. I also fitted an elastic band to keep the charging cable bag from occupying too much space. I don’t like the solution JLR found for the cable storage… And I can’t understand why the boot is not recessed on the left side too, there is A LOT of space that isn’t used at all over there… Just remove the left side panel and check for yourself!

can i ask where you got the bag thats in the hole please
thanks
