So i can kind of guess what this feature should offer, but it begs the question of when/how does it deploy?

hi paul, it is standard I think on all 2017 models, I have a setting under vehicle set up on the dash to turn it on or off..., I didn't pay any extra for it so must be standard and mine is a vogue so the cheapest model as such... |

Hi, mine always gives me the warning too, but you probably haven't been close enough for the brake to kick in, that said you can definitely feel it slow you down a little as you get closer 2010 defender utility

I don't get any "Initialising" message on mine and I have AEB turned on. |

No warning on mine and it auto brakes fine. 2020 Porsche Panamera Turbo Hybrid (V FAST)

been in to LR to be fixed, told all done and AEB initialising was back on again at wknd |
