You'll need a sign saying it's for office use only, and unauthorised cars will be removed / fined. Then if they are parking against the office, get a 1 ton maxi bag of sand delivered, and drop it in front of their car

If its private ground and for office and visitors use only then clamp it, sticker it and after 7 days impound it and if its then not recovered scrap it.

Cheers lads, seems that the only way is quite rightly appropriate signage with follow up. Obviously making life difficult for them as well ( within the law obviously!) |

The legal solution, if you know the identity of the parker and can stomach the cost, is to get a court order "interdict" prohibiting him from parking on your private ground, if he does so in face of the interdict he would be in contempt of court and punishable accordingly.

I Print off a nice A4 sheet saying that the parking here isn't for people to use local shops when they have 100 spaces to use right behind the shops.

Have you got CCTV covering the car park? I still like the Amazon link and if you have CCTV then you can monitor if there is any subsequent attempt on your vehicles/property. If you haven't got it might be worth considering anyway. John 2008 Stornoway Grey 3.6 Tdv8 Vogue 2005 TD6 Java Black Vogue - Written off!! As has been said, you need to put up notices indicating that the car park is for private use and that anyone not authorised to park there will be clamped and a release fee chargeable. These need to displayed in prominent places. At the moment you have no defence as there is absolutely no signage indicating anything. If she continues to do it then get a clamping company to come and clamp her car and then they pay them for release and have the argument with them, which if it is signed properly she will have to pay up.
