Have you checked the voltages at the battery when it's at rest and when it's running. When doing the running test carry out the tests under load and no load.

Not yet, there's a couple of other things we can try. I'm not saying that voltage is your problem but it's usually the problem when HDC pops up with no other associated faults.

It could be that your car isn't sleeping when it should be. Have you tested the voltage at the battery first thing in the morning after it's been stood for a while, this could indicate that something is drawing on the battery when it should in fact be asleep.

The main culprits are the FSR and the sat nav.

The sat nav you can test very easily, first open the tailgate then fold back the parcel shelf. Open the left side cubby so you can see the sat nav unit, then close the tailgate and don't lock the car, wait about 5 mins. After those 5 mins look through the rear screen, don't open the tailgate, the sat nav light should be out if it is out all is well, if the light is still on then there is your drain.

The FSR can usually be responsible for running the fans etc when the car is locked and should be asleep. It's very easily replaced (there is a procedure in the wiki section) and can be obtained from Dan at Duckworths here on the forum, just message him for a price.

The first thing for me though would be to check your battery first thing in the morning before you start it.
