ISO 22241 is the entire quality specification.
ISO-22241-1 is just the chapter that deals with the quality standard.
-2 deals with testing parameters
-3 deals with packaging and transporting
-4 deals with dispensing stations etc.

Will try to find the link, but bought 5 bottles (each is nearly 2 litres) of the OEM adblue from a LR parts website. These are the ones presented on the RR videos with the special nozzle specific to the RR. No doubt other variants work fine but I wanted to be sure I had the correct ones to avoid any Warranty issues.

My D4 had an AdBlue tank that supposedly held enough to cover just short of 20,000 miles (in reality just over half of that).

Now that I have a FF, it seems to hold no more than 6,000 miles worth (3-4,000 in reality?); looks like I’ll be refilling it once a month. Is this right?

6k sounds about right - same as mine.

I thought there was a software update to improve this. Haven't followed this up yet but will check it out next month. Previous

I am receiving a message now giving me 1,000 miles to refill adblue and I have done 5,100 miles in total.
Seems a bit of a pain to have to top up every 6,000 miles.

it should do about 9000 miles but do not ignore the warning, most filling stations now have large bottles for about 15 quid, just regard it as an occasional part of refuelling, you will still spend a lot less time at the filling station than if you had a petrol. letters not necessarily in the right order

My 15.5MY 3.0TDV6 went 9k miles before needing a refill when I was abroad. I managed to find a supply at a tiny garage in the middle of nowhere thank goodness. I had visions of the car going into no start mode and stranding myself, family and boat 1000's of miles from home.

If stuck, a friendly farmer with a fairly new tractor might help. They usually buy it in bulk. John

Presumably Volkswagons dont need adblue
