Some of those problems are certainly known issues with a failing BCM or more accurately if you are buying a new one, Body Processor Module . A new one will have to be coded to the vehicle with a diagnostic tool such a iiD Tool or Fault Mate Extreme.

Thanks for that seems to be conflict of interest as to wether second hand one of same year spec etc will just plug and play just to confirm faults. |

Can anyone advise if cd changer is powered through bcm and also heated front screen etc ? |

If you fit a second hand one you will get a black dot in your odometer saying the milage has been tampered with .
