rear heater is on a seperate FSR so it does sound like it could be the front FSR that is playing up

Hi Paul. As long as you have power to the fuse it's probably your next cheapest option. They are a bit of a to get at but once you train your arm to bend in three places they are not technically difficult and around £40 to buy. Did mine on my 2004 Td6 and it did the trick. Good luck. |

had the same problem on my 2002 td6, turned out it was the brushes in the heater motor itself |
