That'll get rebuilt fine. Hard to actually write off a seven figure valued car. I suspect it will go back to AM for a full rebuild on specialist jigs etc. Damn shame though and I imagine the insurance company are wincing a bit right now. |

How can the article say it a complete write off? You could shovel the chassis number and a few other bits on the back of a lorry and rebuild the car totally for £250-350k. It's worth double that (they say £1mm but that's more than one's traded at AFAIK). Not possible to write it off. |

EMong & mzplcg That was my thinking when reading it. Any thing CAN be rebuilt. It's just a question of whether it makes economic sense. At the value stated, that buys an awful lot of repairs!
