I would argue if the history is with it, then mileage itself is not an issue. I would however add that this one has been for sale for a while now, so either it's too expensive for it's mileage, or something else. Just think when you come to sell it, will you struggle? The green one on ebay with 170000 miles is now below £7000 (I appreciate that the one your talking about is a facelift) |

Mine is an 06 plate with original interior. However, registered on 28th March so have to pay the full hit. I am extremely happy with what I have got with not a lot going wrong with it in the over 2 years and 10,000 miles of motoring I have had it for.

I went through the same dilemma and bought a 58 plate autobiography, later nicer interior, newer car.

2008 Autobiography bit out of my budget! My sister has one in Bonatti grey 2009 and her husband a SC in Black. Maybe I should get them to join FFRR? |

Is there such a thing as an Autobiography SC, Vogue SC and Vogue SE SC?

Most SC's are Vogue SE based. Some are Autobiography. There's no such thing as a Vogue SC. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

I am in the minority that looked at both and ended up deciding it was meaningful as a weekend car as the tax saving was worthwhile so went for a 55 plate just before the cut off (although bought mine clearly as well on mileage and condition).

The way I view it is £500 is roughly 5 tanks of fuel... So that's small fry in comparison to the fuel going in. Ed |

you need to consider the self deploying side steps as a consumable item |
