Why not use a local Land Rover non franchised specialist? I have my Defender serviced at one who charges £30 an hour labour and somehow can sell me genuine LR parts purchased from the local main dealer cheaper than I can buy them with 15% discount from the same dealership......................... even if they are getting 17.5% discount their margin on parts must be very small. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |

If cost is an issue I'd go down the Land Rover specialist (Independant) using genuine parts only too.

There are also Land Rover approved non dealership service outlets (sound confusing?) ie service only outlets that are approved by Land Rover, but I suspect they might be more expensive than straight Indies as they have to meet LR minimum standards to be accredited. Quite a few of the RRSport guys in Surrey seem to use a company called Guava or something similar, but there are a lot of very good non franchise specialists out there (there are some rogues too of course!) 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |

Indeed Scarey. I was going to sort it myself but for being so busy at the minute and my pending big job shelving a number of projects.
