Don't find my fog lights any good in fog, so got thinking to use them as DRL's?

done mine ages ago...drl switch brought of ebay, splice into the headlight wiring for live ignition and headlight feed..

I did cliffy - not sure I really like them. I do like the look of the angel eyes and I believe the newer Full Fats have them already. Would love to do the front end conversion but not that rich..! Ash

OK Stan, like the look of the kits. For that price, it's worth a go. What LED bulbs go into the fogs to replace the existing ones?

@joe..i put 18 smd's leds in , the 21/27 smd's are to large in diameter to go in the fog aperture but ok in the mains..

that's the ones joe but i didnt pay that much , it was a whgile ago and i think it was about £9 for the two..i brought a spare set as well cos sometimes you get dry joints on the base of them. |

on one of my projects i did connect some blue lights mounted under the bonnet and that took the error away ....if you want to go the resister route then ebay has them, get the 50ohm ones... ... - .- -.
