Have you looked at your suspension to see if there is play on the suspension arms etc. ?? How are the rear brake calipers doing, ever replaced ?? Have you ever had the gearbox fluid and filter replaced ??

I recently had a vibration which felt as though a front wheel was out of balance which I knew neither of them were.

either a sticking calliper on one of the corners, which can cause a really big vibration, heat test is a good way of checking for this.

I had a vibration at low rpm when car warmed up, just before 30 and more of a rumble like a bearing at 60, it turned out to be torque converter |

I had a very bad vibration at speed earlier in the year - turned out to be a 'sticky' piston in the N/S rear calliper - new callipers and pads from Dan sorted the problem . It was reasonably easy to find, the wheel got very hot compared to the others - the only problem with the FF is it has so much power that you don't notice the drag as much as on lesser powered cars with slightly sticky brakes. 2006 (56 Reg) 4.4 V8 Vogue In Bonatti Grey (Gorgeous!!) |
