The height of that ground floor was way inadaquate at 200cm, even before insulation and underfloor heating, so I had to take out 51cm just to get 227cm eventual height with a new concrete base, insulation and underfloor heating. 75 tons in all carried away by my RR. Worth it though as there is now a useable extra floor to my property.

Just so you guys know what Im trying to heat up.....well the plans have changed ( Bloody mrs WD put a BIG spanner in the build)
