Does it sound like an old rusty pram? I had this and turned out to be bushes on front of car. Mine too was when I turned right. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

One of The front brake back plates may have come loose I had the same thing and was convinced the noise was coming from the rear turned out the back plate on the front drivers side had come away after the bolt holes had rusted , I cut both sides off and it's been like that for over a year now with no problems |

Thank you for the terrific response to this - I would say it is possibly like a rusty pram, a rotational / speed related noise

Would check all your disc back plates for play, one may have come adrift. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
