The list is growing on mine as well, an expensive habit!

It looks so different, mainly due to the wheels. I see side bars added as well on yours... 4.2 Supercharged Vogue SE

I had the 18's on mine when I bought it. Rides very nice, but upgraded to 19's. Now fancy some Supercharged ones.

What do you think to the amp upgrade ? Done mine, very pleased, nice and loud now. Did you have the stage 1 before ?

Mine had side steps from factory. Didn't think I'd keep them, but they are still on after more than 2 years as they save wear to the edge of the drivers seat getting in and out.

Looking good.

Re: A few Modifications since aquiring her

Agree with absolutely every thing you've done except the Parrot Kit. Had the same one fitted to mine and it's the biggest waste of money ever. Temperamental on both the phone and the iPod. Completely over rated piece of kit.

Maybe i am just lucky - My Parrot has worked perfectly Whistle - don't know if it is to do with the fact that all my N/S/R Units are now solely ignition fed - Radio, SatNav, TV, DSP, DAB Radio, Parrot Kit - this was due to a 4Amp draw constantly which would completely flatten battery overnight - think it was SatNav but belt & braces

i had Mki9200 in my BMW and it was great

have my DAB going through Line-In as i have still to do the TAPE Mod to play Audio through the TAPE function

I use the Bluetooth Music streaming and i am just about to load the USB port with some tunes.

maybe yours was a duff unit Sad '54 Adriatic Blue Vogue

It was patched in to the original LR entertainment system ( non touch sat nag ), with supposed correct leads made especially for this vehicle. The call volume is particularly low, the voice command system is difficult to navigate, the iPod cuts in and out, it doesn't always pair up with my iPhone on return to the vehicle.... I could go on, the list is endless.

I thought about a Bluetooth ULF unit and wiring that up - read all the relevant posts and thought Censored

lets take the easy route - OK i cant use the Telephone button on steering wheel but the Parrot answers with accept (Voice commands actually work) and the new unit was different from the one in the BMW as it will now pair more than one phone to answer calls at same time.

Regular updates via the USB port on the Parrot allows latest Firmware patches to allow little tweaks as they become available - having said that i must check if i am running latest update Rolling Eyes '54 Adriatic Blue Vogue

I'm getting an L322 4.4 Vogue SE that's had the supercharged upgrares - even says supercharged on the boot but its a 4.4 2003... It has 20" wheel that I was thinking of "downgrading" to 19 inch as the tyres will be cheaper!!! Smile

Derbyshire's not a million miles away - if I *do* change - fancy a swap?

I've had parrots for years and they've all been good.

do you need an SOT for a Vogue SE (L322)?

Sniggering

i am far too honest to swap these wheels - i had a puncture a while ago and decided to get the 18" wheels as a fill in before getting a new tyre, removed the 22"s and 2 of them had been welded and one had been filled and repaired after a rather bad crack on the inner lip - i don't mind driving with them but would feel guilty if someone else was.
they look great from outside but i am sure if driven hard could explode Embarassed '54 Adriatic Blue Vogue

Its the lead you need to convert from a manufacturer's specific radio connection to a standard ISO one which the Parrot kit uses. NO idea what S O T stands for though! it's just referred to as an SOT lead... Tym

If it sticks, force it. If it breaks, it needs replacing anyway.
