Sorry I just can't get a picture that clearly shows contrast between the outer door seal and the cover strip applied to the wheel arch return. Suffice to say the outer door seal does indeed overlap the cover strip and effectively fully protects the rear arch return. Without the cover strip or the LR genuine part the rear arch is definitely susceptible to impact and potential corrosion. Applying either strip over a liberal coating of grease and cleaning yearly should stop the corrosion. |

Order placed for 2 of nicedayforits recommended rubber strips from eBay to replace the existing LR strips in arch and add to front of each arch
