I ordered the IID based on the price, capabilities, size (so easy to keep in the dashboard) and certainly all the positive threads/posts by the members on this forum about this tool and the customer service... Actually waiting on the delivery right now!! Mike.

It's your call in the end, but if you search through the archives on here, you'll see nothing but glowing reports about Gap and their now legendary customer service, so if you plump for the Lynx, you'd be in a rather small minority, and you'll lose all the accumulated knowledge of many happy users!
