my friends car in auz does this and he has taken it to the dealers a few times with no luck, would be nice to let him know the out come.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I know Martin, they said that as well mate, that it has sorted loads of them, I was just unlucky, nooooo. But hopefully that will be her all good. Cheers for the quick reply as well at the start. |

I had a very similar thing with mine (2003). All forward gears were OK but reverse would hang for a while then go in with a bang, it got to the stage where you had to really rev the engine to get any drive. It turned out to be a crack in the valve block that was releasing pressure on the reverse ports (or whatever!) |
