Best one would probably be the Range Rover retro-fit bluetooth system.

The best is OEM (well BMW, actually). If you have the wiring in the car, it's also the least amount of work. You'll need the ULF-module, a BT antenna, the mic and a pairing button at minimum. The oem console and cradle are a nice touch too (cradles are avail for all sorts of phones)
