Best one would probably be the Range Rover retro-fit bluetooth system.

The best is OEM (well BMW, actually). If you have the wiring in the car, it's also the least amount of work. You'll need the ULF-module, a BT antenna, the mic and a pairing button at minimum. The oem console and cradle are a nice touch too (cradles are avail for all sorts of phones)
Not cheap though at about GBP550 (incl console) with new parts - with used parts you can halve that, though. And then you can scroll through the phone book in your instrument cluster using the steering wheel controls and ask your phone to dial a number by voice commands.
