picked up my first ever Range Rover (first ever 4x4 in fact) a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. 57plate TDV8 in Java black with Ivory interior - may be a nightmare for keeping clean but love the combination!!! Will be posting a few questions regarding grills and tints so any help greatly appreciated!!!

Have been lurking for some time, reading reading reading and finally got myself a 2007 TDV8 Vogue in Black with Black and black black black. I'll be having it professionally machine polished/corrected/detailed next year when the weather improves, but for now it'll stay as I bought it.

After many years of big V8 saloons I've decided to do my 300 mile commute in style!

I'm sure I'll have a wealth of stupid questions which I expect to be mocked for but ultimately helped with!

Chuckle. Car dealers really go out of the way to make things look artsy fartsy. Mind you just behind the Bomber there was a few hundred grand of ferrari... sweated cobbs getting out of the showroom for the test drive with that sat behind me!

Just sold my d4 and am regretting it. However at least it hasn't snowed yet!

Finally got round to registering. I have no real excuse. I am on my 14th Range Rover. Started in 1986 with a 3dr and now have a 2012 4.4 TDV8 FF in Fuji White. The journey has been via Classics (Supercharged, TDi (yuk), one with 300k on the clock through P38 (including a self modified Vogue50 with a Corvette LS1) to TDV8 L322 (2) and S/C (1) to this one. All have been off-road once a month (except previous one as I have a Freelander for green landing and off road now).

Here are, hopefully, two pics of the latest one. Must have mis-heard the satnav on one of them! I must say I am disappointed with the 'missed opportunity' of the electronic dashboard as our works C-class Merc' puts the RR to shame. I will post to the L405 thread when I get a moment in the vain hope that JLR look at the forum.

Well after finilly overcomeing my ludite tendencys I have gone and brought a LM233...2004 HSE Aussie spec

TD6 its got more lectricty thing'e'bobs than the space shuttle....
