Been offered a ip5 running the new ios7 by apple , asked the guy why he had ios7 already when it has not been released yet , he said it is because he is a developer and they get use of it first ….

IOS7 is available to registered developers only but from early reports it has a few bugs in it so you might not want it just yet. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

It's also available to non-developers, if you know where to look I installed ios6 wayyyyy before its release but from what I read ios7 still has too many bugs and probably needs a few beta revisions before its stable enough to use on a daily basis so I'm waiting for beta3

It's never a wise move to download beta code (from dubious sources, or otherwise) before it gets a good testing, on the basis that if you turn your phone into a door stop and have no support to fix it! Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Put it in dfu mode. But im sure you can just click update software and select there latest, few years since i did it. Tell the developer to just put it onto latest os |

You dont have to be a developer to install. Just go on youtube theres loads of people showing how to do it.

TBH, with IOS7 it looks very much like crApple are cosying up to the enterprise market, probably in another attempt to provide a sensible alternative to Windows based machines & tablets.

To be honest the most annoying thing about it for me as a Dev is that i cant use eBay or words with friends on it as they just wont launch.
