AV In Front Screen

Hi,
I have just purchased a 2008 RR Vogue Supercharged and looking for some advice on AV inputs. I want to have an AV input that will display on the front screen. From what I can see the Aux inputs in the back seat will only play on the RSE system. I have searched through the forum (and googled) but cant find an answer. Is there a standard or aftermarket way of getting the video on the head unit?

BTW I am aware of the video in motion restriction.

Thanks.

There are a/v leads that add an aux to the tv tuner for the BMW based ranges (search eBay for range rover aux) can't see why they can't make the same leads for the denso based tv tuners (can't see any on eBay though?) might be worth contacting the sellers of the earlier models leads? 2003 Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

I was using my RSE this weekend and found the following:

You can have one rear screen watching the DVD that's playing

You can have the other screen watching something from the AV inputs in the rear

You can watch TV, DVD or anything else in the front, but you can't watch the AV inputs, you can only listen to the AUX input.

Another top tip if you find the infra red headphone reception is poor on one or both sides...read this.

The 3 FAKRA composite connectors are used for:

  • reverse cam (brown)
  • venture cam (tan)
  • RSE/DVD/TV (green)

The sat nav feed is a GVIF connection to the pale blue rectangular connector underneath them.

You can see what's configured through the "753" hack diagnostic screens, oddly I think mine says that RSE isn't fitted, even though it is! Discovery 4 HSE

So far the only interface I have found is this one:

http://www.nav.tv/products/audio-visual-in...09?car=132

from NavTV but at Ł500 it's enough to make your eyes water. I would love to find a more reasonable option if anyone has some thoughts?

Thanks.
