ok so have got the casing out at the satnav out, there was a small white plastic disc that had come loose and was rattling around inside which must have been blocking the disc going in, i have managed to get said disc out...... i assume that its something to hold the disc in place? or maybe stop it jumping? i would imagine though that it wont work without it in which i will try and see what happens but if not do we know anyone who can repair these or is it a case or buying a replacement?

does anyone know where you can get satnav units repaired or does anyone know where i can get a 2nd hand unit? (apart from fleabay)
