Compressor Question

Evening,

A question regarding the air compressor. How long should the compressor run when starting after the car has been left in access height mode for several hours? Mine is running for a good minute or 2 before it stops. It's fine after that.

Thanks

It shouldn't be that long as there should be air in the reserve tank as well enough to get it up quickly. It sounds like you may have a slight leak somewhere.

Running the compressor for 2 minutes gets it very warm indeed which could lead to a quicker failure of the unit Sad FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
