My mom has a bold 9000, and it reads everything fine, phonebook and all. |

Isn't that the correct name? At least I think the name is Blackberry bold 9000...... On older cars, the dealer sometimes can't upgrade the module to accept the phonebook. Mine had that problem and it was replaced under warranty, so now it works fine. |

More than likely "labour charges" LR DEALERS seem to have a knack of using this policy even tho they are friggin hopeless at trying to solve problems ...........
