Went out earlier to start the Bat mobile and lo and behold the battery has gave up the ghost , so looks like a jump start from the power pack tomorrow and give the local stealers a call to supply and fit a Battery

These modern "maintenance free" batteries seem to generally last longer than the old top them up with distilled water types, but when they give up, they seem to do so with little warning.

Mick - As long as you aren't trying to fit one of the physically longer 110 Amp/hour batteries it is a doddle to swap the battery over, should take no longer than 5-10 minutes - although I have had battery issues the last few weeks so am quite familiar with the swap process now

If you've got a halfords trade card you can get a battery cheap and they will fit it for a small fee |
