Passenger Airbag Disabled warning light in centre console

Hi,

Started the car today and noticed a warning light "Passenger Airbag Disabled" in the centre console between the map reading lamps comes on for a couple of seconds and then goes out. I've never noticed this before but maybe because I never looked up when starting the car before. The passenger airbag switch on the end of the dash is in the enabled position. The equivalent warning light below the rev counter is not on when driving.

Is this just a normal warning lamp test done on ignition like all the other lamps above the message console or is it a problem?

The warning lamp chapter of the manual doesn't mention this lamp and the airbag chapter suggests it's only a problem if it stays on... 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 automatic (LHD), Santorini Black

Mine does exactally the same .... Assumed it was a self test and will stay on if you turn the passenger airbag off.
