United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Java Black
Screen Washer Jets

Hi guys, bit of an issue, especially with the current temperature Crying or Very sad the passenger side screen washer jet has stopped functioning. I've drained the old screen wash (its been low for ages) and then replaced it with a 50/50 dilution (rated to -9DegreesC) and mixed in almost boiling water, and still no luck. heated up the jet, heated up the wiring for the heater and the fluid pipe. Struggling for more ideas.. maybe a faulty unit? Sad

Thanks Alex 2008 Vogue TDV8 Java Black

or if you're bored and fancy tinkering around, then remove the jet and dismantle it. You'll find the little red non return valve will be stuck so simply remove it and the re-fit the jet. hey presto one working jet! 2011 Range Rover TDV8 4.4 Vogue SE

Judicious use of a pin down the hole can solve all sorts of problems.
