Hi

i have just bought a 2008 FFRR 3.6 Vogue se 24000 miles and could do with a bit of help.

1 The reversing camera is a bit fuzzy is there a fix for this?
2. The carpet in the driver foot well is damp (wet) Is this common if so where does it come from.

Hi Jason welcome to the forum , the camera could be about to chuck it if you have any warranty with the car i would advise to get it sorted , previous models as on my old 05 SC the camera went fuzzy then black screen … LR wanted £500 to replace …

As on the wet footwell not to sure on that one maybe the rain channel is blocked , but i am sure someone will come along to answer it …

Meant to add Jason , unlike over in the disco and RRS sites on here the Mods clamp down on the use of quoting

+1 on drain channel. have a look at the drain just under where the Drivers wiper is attached. At the bottom of the depression there is a drain hole, this in turn goes into a pipe below the scuttle panel to drain away, check all is intact and clear. Mine was totally full of crud. Might be a cheap solution. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

You have yourself a superb motor. It may take a while to adapt if you have been in the RRS but the FFRR is far more sublime and ultimately hugely satisfying.
