Hi Frank, looking to go for the day on 11 October. Just waiting for my two boys to confirm they can get the day off work and then I'll be booking flights and tickets. Would be great to see you there Frank. Thumbs Up Current MY2020

It's a gret looking car.. would love to own one in about 3years ..
Just got back from an overnight trip from Birmingham where I had to find parking space, drive through narrowish streets, using car parks. The L322 is not the easiest thing to use in a busy town . If we are hearing the the L405 is 5+ meters ..sound like hard work...

I've read articles that said it was 27mm longer than the L322, and 7ft 3inch wide.

It did have the height on, but can't remember. Will have to dig it out.... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Are you sure it's 27mm and not 27cm longer. 27mm is just over an inch. I seem to recall a report of 5" extra legroom in the back. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

My dealer told me the LR405 is an inch longer than the outgoing model.

The wheelbase and interior packaging is probably a lot more space efficient...smaller boot?

And 7ft 3in wide that's over a foot wider than the L322 ? .

If I won the lotto I'd have one BUT would have it booked in for a de-gilling and another steering wheel to be Fitted as a square one doesn't look right with all the round buttons that protrude.

Probably a nice bonnatti grey or java black and jet black interior and roof lining. 7 seat option is good though and the spare wheel location will be interesting as odds on its like the disco and ss guys so rld will get some more business!!

Hope there is still space for 3-4 sets of clubs on the boot floor though as I like a wide load area and hopefully the sit down lower tailgate will remain Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Nice illustration.
Has not lengthened that greatly.
So no excuses not to seriously look at one..

Here is one of the articles I read ;

Click image to enlarge

Though as mentioned, 7ft 3in wide may end up actually being 73 inches ?

And the figures in brackets relating to the outgoing model may be a little bit massaged (8sec to 60 ?)

Possibly not a like for like model comparison. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
