I forget now (been a while since I got rid of my dual view), but I'm pretty sure that the sat nav screens are resistive touch screen, *nothing* like touch screen phones (modern ones). It's basically so you can use them with your driving gloves on! Land Rover Addict

I look forward to an update with great interest as its an expensive bit of kit and I still stand by my opinion that they won't replace it unless it's actually faulty I hope you prove me wrong Andy. 2015 L405 SDV8 Autobiography, Indus Silver with Black Pack. Hmm, I had the "car cleaners and their special potions" yarn and all that happened was it appeared they scratched the screen more

I'd guess a weak mixture of G101 and a microfibre cloth. Researching my first Range Rover purchase |

No idea what it was, all I care about is that it looks like new and that makes me a happy owner of a FFRR , Off to France soon and happy that I'll be able to see the satnav screen

It would be most helpful if you could ask and find out. As far as I can tell the screen has some sort of coating on it and its this coating that seems to react with finger prints etc and leaves marks which do not clean with the supplied microfibre cloth.

I contacted the dealer and asked what was used, the reply I got was that the valet center only used a soft cloth rubbing the screen gently for quite some time, no chemicals or cleaners were used, however I think they must have used some polish to buff the screen up afterwards as there was a small trace of it on the center console.
