Your only choice is an IID Tool... Search the wiki...

Sounds to me like you want to reduce the ride height by as much as possible, then go into access mode whenever you park. The former can be done with an IID tool, the latter needs to be done with the dealer diagnostics, fault mate is it? |

You can do much the same using the RAC (All Comms) along with a tape measure and calculator when you redo the calibration.

If you do not want to do any diagnostic work, then the EASControl is more than enough to do the job. It has the same programming ability for the EAS as the IIDTool and fault read/clear on the EAS (no other systems, tho). And the cost is about the same as many lowering links that Joe mentioned which allow a mechanical lowering of the RR. And you don't have to crawl under the vehicle or can change heights in about 2 mins from inside the vehicle.
