I want to buy a ride height module

Basically I want my range rover to hug the floor when parked!
Where can I get one?
Whats the best one?

TDv8 07 RR

Thanks

Sounds to me like you want to reduce the ride height by as much as possible, then go into access mode whenever you park. The former can be done with an IID tool, the latter needs to be done with the dealer diagnostics, fault mate is it? Thumbs Up Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

Couldn' he modify his height sensors brakets, à la Disco III ?

This means he would have the vehicle Xcm lower at all time and at all heights though. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

The rear can be raised by a maximum of 250 - 229 = 21 mm. The rear can be lowered
by a maximum of 206 - 150 = 56 mm. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

You can do much the same using the RAC (All Comms) along with a tape measure and calculator when you redo the calibration.

There are kits out there for "physically" lowering the suspension, using pimped ride height sensors. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

If you do not want to do any diagnostic work, then the EASControl is more than enough to do the job. It has the same programming ability for the EAS as the IIDTool and fault read/clear on the EAS (no other systems, tho). And the cost is about the same as many lowering links that Joe mentioned which allow a mechanical lowering of the RR. And you don't have to crawl under the vehicle or can change heights in about 2 mins from inside the vehicle.

If you want diagnostics on other vehicle systems then the IIDTool will do the trick - albeit at an additional expense.

The Rover AllComms allows an EAS recalibration. By telling the EAS ECU the vehicle is higher than it actually is on calibration you can lower it. Unless Storey has released an update I don't know of, this will only work on the 2002-05 L322 though.

So the AllComms is not a viable alternative here.

And with the EASControl/IIDTool you enter the menu, choose what you want to raise or lower (front, rear, or all) and press + for up and - for down. In addition, the heights can be changed separately on the early L322 (02-05): access down, standard up, off road even more up... This feature is planned for the later L322 as well.

Please contact a Britpart dealer for sales.
