@Joe90, did you get to the bottom of the fault code 74, I get this one a few time of late, all seem well with the suspension though. If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

Not yet, have temporarily setup a workaround of fixing the EAS in Motorway height.

When I get a moment, planning on stripping down the valve block on the reservoir and checking if the reservoir is full of water. if the one way valve in the valve block is stuck I may be able to get it going again.

2nd hand valve blocks (with no guarantee they are any better than mine) are @ £180 so this is worth a shot. .

So after the last fault, I reset all faults.

Is this a temperature issue? (reservoir pressure static when filling)

Today, temp outside was @ 14 degrees, no fault registered on drive to work. Coldest it has been for several weeks.

Bet it faults on the way home once it has warmed up!

Oh, and when it does fault, there is no "bong" just message display....

No fault when taken out for lunch (24 degrees)

No fault on the way home (24 degrees)

Is it something else (another fault) causing the EAS to fault? Next time I'll run through all the ECUs as opposed to just clearing the lot... .

Very interested in what you find Tim. I did a long run over the weekend with no issues with the ff and the eas, low and behold coming home tonight, message on display, NO bong, I rest and went home, as soon as I turned ignition off bong message up as before, I restarted and did the lock to lock and turned her off, all ok.......till next time Whistle
Now do you when you have reset with tool and cleared fault ( mine is 74 fault also) do the lock to lock on the steering?

I have not done the prv yet though. If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

After two days of behaving faulted again today in the morning.

Read full fault code list from all ECUs

Quote:

0x30 Air Quality Sensor Fault (new one, not seen that before)
BPM Body Processing None
DSM Seat None
EAS Suspension 0x74 Reservoir Pressure Static When Filling
ECM Engine 0x3505 Unknown(old friend)
0x0404 Unknown(old friend)
FBH Fuel Burning None
HID Left HLight None
HID Right HLight None
IP Instrument Pack None
LCM Light Ctrl V11 0x57 Air Suspension Active/Inactive
0x8E Right Side Marker Defective(old friend)

0x0095 Unknown(old friend)
PAM Parking None
PATS Antitheft None
RAIN Sensor None

Nothing there I can see that might make it chuck a fault other than the LCM one, but I am guessing this fires after the EAS faults. .

I had seen somwhere that pressure switch can be problematic, but which is more likely, switch, compressor pump, valve block.....all 3 ! Big Cry Big Cry
I my case its not the PRV as I have by passed it and getting the same fault code time after time. Code 57 in the LCM and code 74 in eas. If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!
