Did they fit genuine pads? the squeak is usually caused by the material the pads are made from. Cheaper pads use lower quality materials. I would check the rear of the pads for a name stamp.

Sounds like run out on the disc to me. Had that on my last one. The run out causes the pads to return too far back into the caliper leaving them slightly loose and that's what causes the squeak. Like ...

you could take it back to whoever done the job and ask them to sort it....

Looks like the best option. It's just a pain in the rear as they are quite a long way from us.

Try my suggestion Smile All brakes squeal to some extent - the copper slip etc just takes it to a different frequency so we can't hear it .

It's not the brakes that are squealing when in use, although ...

Big Cry

Seemed to be fine. Then it returned. For no good reason.

It comes and goes but is very annoying.

Any other ideas?
