Thank you, I tried the switch exactly as you have listed and bingo, works a treat. I think the 'within 5 seconds' bit is what I missed. |

I tried all sorts of combinations of button, door and ignition and it makes no difference at all. The LED doesn't flash the two or three times it describes in the booklet either. I'll just live withou ... |

Been back out this morning and switch still not doing anything at all. Took it apart and tested it with a continuity tester and it's working fine. Must be the wiring or something else not quite right. ... |

There wasn't enough room to get the ratchet spanner over the end of the two offside rear bolts so it was open ended all the way... boring but doable |

Received and fitted the kit yesterday and this write-up made things so much easier, thank you. Tapping out the M8 holes was a must, couldn't get the bolts started without it.
