Look for the post about the really hard, long press on the brake pedal with bonnet open.
I've found that works better than the GAP tool for service reset. |

And then once you've done it you'll wish you hadn't bothered.

... and if it's not a blockage, it may be because the hose has come off and is just filling your tailgate with water.

Depends on your driving.

I think you may do better with some All Season tyres rather than looking for M+S if you don't really need them. Better in the wet and when the temperature drops below 7C.
