Well after the 20th reboot of the car systems and genrally replacing the BCM and Sat Nav I got the countdown and the car started on zero!
God knows what I did!

Changed Sat nav and Bcm and still locked!

Thats some good info, I think on that basis its worth the risk of changing the BCM with a Bcm with the same part number.
It maybe stuck in transport mode but the Gap says I have deactivated it. So a ... |
